CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (July 2, 2023) — Contra Costa County has filed insurance fraud charges against Atlas Pavers of Concord. An affiliated shell company based in San Bruno is also charged with unlawful payments to unlicensed subcontractors for Atlas Pavers and others.
“Prosecuting insurance fraud is about protecting workers, holding those responsible accountable and stopping unlawful business schemes,” says DA Diana Becton. (Read the full story here)
