CLAYTON, CA (Apr. 28, 2024) — The Art and Wine Festival in Clayton this weekend raises a toast to creativity and community spirit. The annual event brings local artists, artisans, and winemakers to showcase their talents and wares against the backdrop of Mount Diablo.

The festival’s lively atmosphere includes train rides and slides for kids. The fun continues Sunday with more live music and all the garlic fries and lumpia you can eat.

The festival features a variety of art mediums, from oils and photography to jewelry. “We have people who do metal work, people who do tie-dyes, people who do textiles and linens,” said Meg Hanna, a volunteer who works with the vendors.

The good weather will continue for the final day of Art & Wine. The event runs from 10 AM to 5 PM Sunday, with live music starting up at 10:30 AM.
