Contra Costa opens COVID-19 non-emergency call center

Contra Costa County has opened a call center to answer questions about the Shelter-In-Place order that went into effect this week. For now, the center will be open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Additional hours will be added as we better understand the public’s need.
