Concord Police arrest report for the week of June 15-21, 2022

CONCORD, CA (June 23, 2022) — On June 10, an alert member of the community recognized a vehicle involved in crimes in Walnut Creek. They followed the vehicle to a residence in Concord. Next the vehicle drove into the garage at that residence and closed the door.

Officers from Walnut Creek PD and Concord PD converged on the area. They quickly learned that the suspects did not belong there and suspected a residential burglary taking place.

Working together, members of WCPD and CPD took 2 suspects into custody who fled from the home. A third remained in hiding. Pleasant Hill PD responded with a drone team and was able to use the drone to clear neighboring yards.

Ultimately a Concord PD K9 search team entered a neighboring yard and located a third suspect hiding under a vehicle. Officers arrested the 3 suspects for a variety of crimes.
