Veterans’ Voices Show to Talk with Women Who Served

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (Nov. 11, 2022) — On Monday, November 14, at 7 pm, the Veterans’ Voices show will host a LIVE panel to discuss the history and experience of women in military service.

“Women in Service” will be an in-depth conversation with women who have served and excelled in the United States armed forces. Guests will include Retired Coast Guard Rear Admiral Mary O’Donnell, Retired Army Nurse Patty Wernet, Air Force Veteran Rita Green, and Marine Veteran Adriana Santos. The Veterans Service Officer for San Francisco County, Elena Kim, will also appear to talk about resources and benefits unique to female Veterans.

Viewers can share their own experiences or ask a question by calling the program at 925-313-1170. They can also use the phone number to record a message for the panel any time prior to the show.
