Tinkers & Thinkers Innovation Faire Set for Sept 16 in Pleasant Hill

PLEASANT HILL, CA (Sept. 6, 2023) — Mark your calendars for the Tinkers and Thinkers Innovation Faire on Saturday, September 16, 2023.

The Pleasant Hill Library and Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District have teamed up once again to host this award-winning S.T.E.A.M. event. Build hands-on projects, and interact with educational displays and exhibits. Marvel at the latest mind-blowing innovations from local makers, entrepreneurs, businesses, non-profits, and educators.

The event is free for all ages.

This fun event comes to you courtesy of Pleasant Hill Library and PH Rec & Park District. The City of Pleasant Hill, Pleasant Hill Community Foundation, Friends of the Pleasant Hill Library, PG&E, and Republic Services sponsor it.

While visiting the Innovation Faire, stop by the Intergenerational Ice Cream Makerspace hosted by the City of Pleasant Hill Commission on Aging. It features three activities involving ice cream, and a free popsicle giveaway.

The Innovation Faire takes place at the Pleasant Hill Park and Senior Center at 233 Gregory Lane from 12 PM – 3 PM on September 16.
