CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (August 14, 2022) — If you’re looking for opportunities to volunteer in our communities, here are some options:

Concord Park Cleanups: Join City Councilmember Carlyn Obringer at Hillcrest Park on Sept. 17 and Willow Pass Park on Sept. 24.

ESL Tutors: The Diablo Valley Literacy Council will hold training sessions on Sept. 17 and 24 for English as a Second Language tutors.

Pleasant Hill Community Service Day: Help “Build a Better Pleasant Hill” with a variety of service projects on Sept. 24. Check out other volunteer opportunities in this week’s Calendar page.
