At 5:30 p.m., Mayor Sue Noack will present a proclamation of the city’s anniversary, before launching a waterproof, environmentally safe, luminary out onto the lake. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to launch a luminary onto the lake. Luminary numbers are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
