CONCORD, CA (May 16, 2021) —My name is Christian Aguirre and I am an HIV Prevention Manager at Rainbow Community Center.
During my teen years, I started learning about HIV/AIDS, finding volunteering opportunities and fighting stigma. I have met many wonderful people that have paved the way for newer generations to have a better future.
We are walking to represent all those LGBTQI+ individuals that have been impacted by HIV/AIDS is very important to me. This includes families, friends, activists, therapists, educators, doctors and nurses.
