Departing from Oakland early this morning, Chief Peter brings with him a wealth of experience, spanning decades, in FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Team operations.

Chief Peter, a member of one of FEMA’s Incident Support Teams, has responded to major disasters across the nation. His expertise encompasses a diverse range of roles.
