Concord Mayor Tim McGallian shows that getting vaccinated has a sweet reward

CONCORD, CA (May 29, 2021) — Concord Mayor Tim McGallian visited CREAM in support of the City’s Vaccination and Ice Cream program.

Contra Costa Health Services, the City of Concord, and Visit Concord teamed up for this COVID-19 vaccination promotion.

Through June 5, anyone inside or outside Contra Costa County is invited to get vaccinated at either of the 2 Concord vaccine locations listed below. Those that do will receive a coupon redeemable for a free scoop of ice cream* (a $4 value) at participating Concord ice cream shops. *This is a limited time offer through June 5, good while supplies last. Coupons must redeem by June 5, 2021.

Concord Health Center – 3052 Willow Pass Road
Monday-Friday, 5/24-6/04/21 (8am-4:30pm)

Concord (Monument) Vaccine Site – 1034 Oak Grove Road
Tuesday, 5/25/21 (12—7pm), Wednesday-Saturday, 5/26-6/05/21 (8am-3pm)

All persons 12-15 years of age and older are now eligible for vaccination. You need no appointment or ID.
