CONCORD, CA (Nov. 21, 2022) — Thanksgiving means being grateful for family and food. However, many families struggle through the week.

To help out, Concord’s mayor, Dominic Aliano, has organized another free Thanksgiving meal giveaway to help our neighbors in need.  The meal includes a turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, gravy, cranberry sauce, and rolls.

Aliano said, “I want to thank the Contra Costa Building and Construction Trades Council and its Locals #302, #549, #342, #104, #483, #159, #324, #16, #152, #3, #378 and #8 for their generosity in contributing to these meals. We would not be able to feed our community during this time without their support.”

Meals will be provided on a first come, first served basis.  If you would like a meal, please email the mayor at dominic@dominicaliano.com and provide your name, address and email.
