College Scholarship Award program announced by Concord Police Association

CONCORD, CA (Apr. 12, 2024) — The Concord Police Association has a strong commitment to the community youth. They have recently announced their annual Scholarship Award Program.

This program targets outstanding college-bound graduating high school seniors. It also includes community college transfer students and continuing college students who attend Concord schools, and are from the Concord community. They also encourage dependents of active or retired Concord Police Association members to apply.

The scholarships are competitive, merit-based and intended to help the leaders of tomorrow defray their costs of continuing their quest for higher education.

The deadline for application submission is Friday, May 24, 2024. $5000 in scholarships will be awarded; 1-$1000, 4-$500 and 8-$250.
