Clayton’s Groveside Bistro goes inside for St. Patrick’s Day

CLAYTON, CA—Get lucky on St. Patrick’s Day with an Irish dinner from Groveside Bistro…indoors!

Now that indoor dining is once again allowed in Contra Costa, Groveside Bistro plans to serve customers a St. Patrick’s Day menu to make those that miss it green with envy.

In addition to offering special Irish corn beef and cabbage meals for pick-up, the Clayton eaterie will open its doors with a full Irish menu on Wednesday, March 17, from 4 to 7 pm. The special menu includes:

Guinness Beef Stew $23
Prime beef in a rustic stew with potatoes, carrots, onion & rich beef both

 Lamb Lollipops $29
Lamb cutlets with mint sauce and mashed potatoes Colcannon

Sheppard’s pie $24
Savory herbs with ground beef & lamb, peas, carrots and onions diced and cooked with a mashed potato crust

Irish Honey Mustard Chicken $26
Breast of chicken seared with vegetables in a honey mustard sauce

 Steak & Potatoes Colcannon $36
Prime rib-eye steak, and mashed potatoes mixed with greens & scallions

Irish Fish Stew $19
White fish, shrimp & crab in a rich tomato sauce with potatoes
