CLAYTON, CA (Nov. 10, 2021) — The City of Clayton wants to hear resident’s perspectives on housing needs and challenges in our community. Take the survey between November 3 and December 10 to weigh in on the future of housing in Clayton.

Click here to take the survey: https://bit.ly/ClaytonHousingSurvey

Your ideas could shape Clayton for generations to come, as the City prepares a plan to identify sites that could accommodate new housing at all income levels over the next eight years. This plan is known as the Housing Element. It is a required part of the City’s General Plan.

This is one of a series of opportunities for Clayton residents to provide input to inform the Housing Element Update. This survey also seeks community input on a city-owned Downtown Site and invites residents to submit photos of what they would like to see downtown. Take or find a photo of what you would like to see downtown to share your vision for Clayton’s Historic Town Center.
