Clayton Police Report for September 2023

CLAYTON, CA (Oct. 8, 2023) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of September, 2023.

Arrests

August 30 – Mountaire Cir.  Possess Controlled Substance; Carry Concealed Weapon in Vehicle.   A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

August 31 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Obstruct/Resist Public Officer.  A 55-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

September 3 – Oak St.  Residential Burglary.  A 43-year-old Middletown male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

September 18 – Marsh Creek Rd./Regency Dr.  Warrant.  A 34-year-old Concord female was arrested after being contacted by officers.  She was released on her signed promise to appear.

Burglaries

August 29 – Regency Dr.  Petty Theft – Vehicle.

August 30 – Peacock Creek.  Petty Theft – Vehicle.

September 3 – Oak St.  Burglary – Residential .

September 17 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Burglary – Commercial.

September 29 – Main St.  Robbery.

October 2 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Burglary – Commercial.
