CLAYTON, CA (August 4, 2022) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of July, 2022.

Accidents

July 13 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  No Injuries.

July 25 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Minor Injury.

Arrests

July 1 – Mt. McKinley Ct.  Battery on a Person.  A 48-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

July 4 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 32-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

July 8 – El Camino Dr.  Mail Theft; Possess Control Substance.  A 52-year-old Concord female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

July 18 – Indian Wells Wy.  Elder Abuse.  A 35-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

July 27 – Mitchell Canyon Rd.  Inflict Corporal Injury on Spouse/Cohabitant; ADW With Force: Possible GBI; Possess Drug Paraphernalia.  A 33-year-old Antioch female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

July 6 – Center St.  Grand Theft.

July 16 – Center St.  Burglary – Commercial.

July 17 – Mitchell Canyon Rd.  Petty Theft.
