ACCIDENTS

Jan. 16, Eagle Peak Ave.  No Injuries.

 

ARRESTS

Jan. 3, Clayton Rd./Heritage Trail.  A 39-year-old Stockton male contacted by officers and arrested for taking a vehicle without owner’s consent/vehicle theft and a probation violation.  His 36-year-old passenger from Stockton was also arrested on a warrant.  They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Jan. 4, Clayton Rd./Peacock Creek Dr.  A 33-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. She was charged with DUI: Alcohol; willful cruelty to child: possible injury/death.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

Jan. 13, 5400 Clayton Rd.  A 21-year-old Oakland resident was arrested on a warrant after officers responded to a call for service.  The charges were possession of a narcotic substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation.  The man was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

Jan. 13, Center St.  A 51-year-old Concord male was arrested for disorderly conduct: drugs or drugs with alcohol, after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Jan. 15, Main St./Diablo St. A 32-year-old Newark male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was charged with indecent exposure; obstructing/resisting a public officer, and a probation violation. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

Jan. 11, Julpun Loop Court.  Burglary – Residential.

Jan. 11, Yolanda Circle.  Petty Theft – Vehicle.

Jan. 16, Del Trigo Lane.  Petty Theft – Vehicle.
