CLAYTON, CA (May 4, 2024) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of April, 2024.

Accidents

March 30 – Mitchell Canyon Rd.  No Injuries.

April 16 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  No Injuries.

April 20 – Eagle Peak Ave.  No Injuries.

April 25 – Easley Dr.  No Injuries.

Arrests

March 29 – Forest Hill Dr.  Assault With a Deadly Weapon: Not a Firearm; Battery: Spouse/Ex-Spouse/Date/Etc.; Threaten Crime with Intent to Terrorize; Violate Court Order to Prevent Domestic Violence; Probation Violation.  A 28-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 31 – Long Creek Cir.  Battery: Spouse/Ex-Spouse/Date/Etc.  A 50-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 2 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Switchblade in Vehicle.  A 59-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

April 4 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Trespass: Injure Property; Possess Burglary Tools; Probation Violation.  A 38-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

April 13 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Mail Theft; Receive/Etc. Known Stolen Property;  Possess Burglary Tools; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Embezzlement; Probation Violation.  A 38-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 18 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Trespass: Injure Property; Probation Violation.  A 38-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

April 19 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Petty Theft; Probation Violation.  A 52-year-old Walnut Creek male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

April 24 – Forest Hill Dr.  Inflict Corporal Injury on Spouse: Cohabitant; Threaten Crime With Intent to Terrorize; Probation Violation.  A 28-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.

April 26 – Mitchell Canyon Wy./E. Verna Wy.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%; Probation Violation.  A 25-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
