CBCA welcomes new City Manager at holiday dinner

Newly appointed Clayton City Manager, Ikani Taumoepeau, took time out from unpacking at his new home in the Highlands, to visit with CBCA members at the annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, Dec. 7 at Diamond Terrace.
