CONCORD, CA (May 15, 2022) — At its May 10 meeting, the Concord City Council announced two unscheduled vacancies on the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee.

This committee comprises five members. It reviews transportation capital projects including roadway, pedestrian and bicycle improvements. The committee provides input to staff on Complete Streets features and for conformity with the City’s Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Safe Routes to Transit Plan.

It also reviews related grant applications. And it annually reviews the City’s progress on Plan implementation. In addition, it reviews and provides input on programs or policies related to implementation of the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Safe Routes to Transit Plan.

You must apply to the City Clerk by Friday, June 10 at 5:00 p.m.
