CLAYTON, CA (March 30, 2024) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of March, 2024.

Accidents

March 2 – Mountaire Cir.  No Injuries.

March 6 – Oakhurst Dr.  No Injuries.

March 10 – Oakhurst Dr./Eagle Peak Ave.a

March 26 – Clayton Rd./N. Mitchell Canyon Rd.  No Injuries.

March 26 – Marsh Creek Rd./High St.  No Injuries.

Arrests

March 11 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Warrant.  A 37-year-old  Richmond male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

March 16 – 5400 Ygnacio Valley Rd.  Warrant.  A 56-year-old transient was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

March 21 – Marsh Creek Rd./Mountaire Pkwy.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 29-year-old Clayton female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Burglaries

March 11 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Burglary – Commercial.

March 12 – 6400 Clayton Rd.  Grand Theft.
