Clayton’s Memorial Day ceremony starts at 10 a.m. May 29

CLAYTON, CA (May 23, 2023) — The City of Clayton and VFW Post 1525 will hold the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at 10 am, on Monday May 29. The gathering will take place in the Grove Park, located in downtown Clayton.

The event honors the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our nation’s freedom. The annual gathering brings together families, friends, and neighbors for a day filled with gratitude, reflection, and community spirit.

Pearl Harbor survivor Chuck Kohler will be the guest of honor.
