CLAYTON, CA (Feb. 28, 2023) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of February, 2022.

Accidents

February 13 – Clayton Rd./Lydia Ln.  Minor Injury.

February 18 – Marsh Creek Rd./Zinfandel Cir.  No Injuries.

Arrests

February 2 – Clayton Rd./Atchinson Stage Rd.  Drive While License Suspended: DUI.  A 49-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

February 7 – Yolanda Cir.  Violate Court Order to Prevent Domestic Violation.  A 32-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 12 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 30-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 15 – Kirker Pass Rd.  Warrant.  A 58-year-old Concord female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 18 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Warrant.  A 35-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 22 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 42-year-old transient female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 4 – Diablo St.  Burglary – Commercial.

February 7 – 5400 Clayton Rd.   Burglary – Commercial.

February 15 – 5400 Clayton Rd.   Petty Theft.

February 16 – Condor Pl.  Burglary – Residential.
