Special Needs Scouts honor the flag
On Flag Day, Concord’s Special Needs Scout Troup #1994 created a beautiful presentation history of the flags of the United States. The Elks Lodge #1994 has sponsored the troup since 1993. Over the years this troup has produced 22 Eagle Scouts. Also this year, the troup led the Elks Lodge entry in Concord’s July 4th parade.
