Head to Orinda July 28 for free Opera in the Park

Free Opera in the Park comes to Orinda July 28Solo Opera wants to sing their hearts out for you. The Concord-based company teams up again this year with the Orinda Rotary Club to present the club’s 11th annual Opera in the Park. The free performance at the Orinda Community Park typically attracts 1,000 people or more. Singers perform from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 28. The event provides an opportunity to hear professional opera singers perform favorite arias, duets, and ensembles, which organizers say will thrill even non-opera lovers.
