September 28 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possess Illegal Drug Paraphernalia; Theft of Lost Property; Warrants. A 27-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
October 2 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Possession of a Controlled Substance. A 32-year-old transient was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was released on his signed promise to appear.
October 9 – Indianhead Cir. Inflict Corporal Injury on Spouse/Cohabitant; Damage/Destroy Wire Communication Device. A 34-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

October 17 – Clayton Rd./Kirker Pass Rd. Drive While License Suspended/Revoked for DUI; Warrant. A 33-year-old Concord resident was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
