Student Stabbed at Northgate High School

CONCORD, CA (April 25, 2023) — Early this afternoon, there was a stabbing at Northgate High School. One student is in police custody and the victim has been taken to a local hospital. Both students involved were in the 9th grade and were acquaintances.

Walnut Creek police are on the scene. No other students were involved. Counselors are on site and will remain on site tomorrow. Students are back in class.
