Slope repair work scheduled on Clayton’s Morgan Territory Road

CLAYTON, CA (June 14, 2024) — The Contra Costa County Public Works Department will perform slope repair work on Morgan Territory Road starting Monday, June 17.

The work area begins approximately 900 feet north of the East Bay Regional Park District Morgan Territory Road Staging Area (9401 Morgan Territory Road). Public works has planned the repairs to continue through Friday, June 28, 2024, barring unforeseen circumstances.

The work will take place from 7 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, weather permitting. Electronic message boards will be placed in advance to alert drivers to scheduled work. There will be traffic control throughout the work area. Drivers should expect delays of 15 minutes.
