Pleasant Hill’s summer concert season kicks off May 28 with Crossman Connection

PLEASANT HILL, CA (May 23, 2023) — Dust off your dancing shoes as this season’s Sunset by the Lake Summer Concert series gets underway this weekend. The first concert features the high-energy country music of Crossman Connection lighting up the stage.

Beginning on May 28, 2023, every other Sunday will bring a new concert to the stage. The series runs going through September 3, 2023, at the City Hall Lake, 100 Gregory Lane in Pleasant Hill.

The Civic Action Commission has selected eight outstanding bands to bring a variety of music to Pleasant Hill and get folks up and dancing.

From 6:00 – 8;00 p.m. on May 28, 2023, it is Crossman Connection. Two brothers living their dream one show at a time. The brothers have played over 10,000 shows and have Nashville recorded albums, “How High” and “EPic” under their belts.

This season’s concerts are sponsored by Stokely Properties, Wise Girl, Back 40 Texas BBQ, Wild Birds Unlimited, Coldstone Creamery, Pleasant Hill Rec and Park, Five Star Real Estate Team, Steven’s Printing, Republic Services, MCE Clean Energy, Matt Rinn State Farm, and the Rotary Club of Pleasant Hill.

Bring your blankets, chairs, and picnic dinners for a great night by the lake. Adult beverages will be available from The Guzzler wine and beer truck.
