Help Duke, Delacroix and Matisse find their forever homes
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (June 13, 2023) — Adopt a new best friend at ARF in Walnut Creek. View available dogs and cats online or visit ARF in-person: Tuesday-Sunday, 12-6 pm, with early sign-in available on weekdays beginning at 9 am. The ARF team will guide you in choosing a pet with information about their history and behavior. They can also provide helpful resources.
These adorable animals just need someone to love them.
Duke: Eight-year-old cutie pie Duke eagerly awaits his forever home. He loves to lean in for pets and gaze at you with his soulful, puppy dog eyes. This loving guy can’t wait for you to come meet him so that he can win you over and upgrade from Duke of ARF to Duke of your heart. He currently weighs 23 pounds.
ARF adoption fees: $250 for an adult dog, $375 for a puppy (<6 months), $150 for a special-needs dog, $200 for a special-needs puppy (<6 months), and $150 for a senior dog (7+ years). They will waive adoption fees for US military Veterans.
Delacroix and Matisse
Two-year-old Delacroix, a sensitive and pretty little blue girl, is looking for love. She is quite the charmer and eager to find her forever home and family – hopefully with you. While two-year-old Matisse has a lot of spunk. The ARF team describes his personality like a Matisse painting: lively and colorful. This kitty will definitely share how he feels. And mostly he wants some love. This boy loves getting pets and cuddles. Give Matisse the home he deserves. These bonded cats will need to find a home together. They both have a positive history with other cats.
ARF adoption fees: $125 for an adult cat, $175 for a kitten (<6 months), $75 for a special-needs cat, $100 for a special-needs kitten (<6 months), $300 Two Kittens, $200 Two Cats, and $75 for a senior cat (7+ years). Adoption fees are waived for US military Veterans.
