Ful-time Maintenance Position available in Clayton, CA
Palms Property Management is a full service property management company based in Hemet, CA that specializes in luxury mobile home communities.
We currently have a full time maintenance manager position available for our Clayton, CA property. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in all areas of property, especially mobile home park maintenance, be a good team player and have at least 5 years experience.
Qualifications
- 3 years Mobile Home Park experience
- 5 years Plumbing experience (water treatment exp. + Plus)
- 3 years Electrical experience
- 5 years Carpentry experience
- 3 year Appliance Repair
- Welding, HVAC, septic and water treatment experience a positive
Transportation is required (having a truck is a plus) with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance. Candidate must have own basic tool set and the ability to inventory the properties tools and supplies. Must be able to work after hours and weekends, on a rotating basis, for emergency calls. Individual must be highly organized and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Physical Requirements – This job is a labor position and considered moderate to heavy in physical requirements. Must be able to constantly stand, walk, bend at the neck, reach waist to shoulder, grasp and use dominant hand, frequently lift up to 40 pounds, pull/push up to 50 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, kneel/squat, twist body, reach above shoulders or below waist and repeat motions and perform fine finger manipulations.
