Contra Costa Health Services now hiring for innovative A3 team

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA (Feb. 23, 2023) — Contra Costa Health Services is changing the way the county responds to people in a behavioral health crisis. And they need your help to make this vision a reality.

A3 provides an innovative approach to providing timely and appropriate behavioral health crisis services. It will offer help to anyone, anywhere at anytime in Contra Costa County.

A3 team members triage crisis calls, provide field-based mental health crisis intervention. They also connect people in crisis and their families to services and peer support. A3 is committed to building a program and team that reflects the ethnic, linguistic, and cultural diversity that makes up our county.

A3 is now hiring Mental Health Clinical Specialists, Substance Abuse Counselors, and Mental Health Community Support Workers.
