Concord Police find 4 loaded guns during traffic stop
CONCORD, CA (April 2, 2023) — On Friday, March 31, Concord SET and Patrol Officers responded to disturbance calls in the area of Arnold Industrial Pl.
SET Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop of a vehicle leaving the area and the four adult male occupants were contacted. The officers found the driver of the vehicle to be in possession of an amount of narcotics. They asked all the occupants to exit the vehicle.
Two of the occupants had concealed loaded firearms on their persons and officers placed them under arrest. A search of the vehicle uncovered two other loaded firearms, approximately 200 suspected fentanyl pills, and suspected ecstasy pills.
All four subjects were arrested on a multitude of firearm and narcotics related charges. Another great team effort by CPD with more dangerous drugs and four guns off the streets.
