Concord Police Association Announces Annual College Scholarship Award Program

CONCORD, CA (Mar. 26, 2022) — The Concord Police Association has a strong commitment to the youth in our community. Because of this, they have announced their annual Scholarship Award Program.

The program targets outstanding college-bound graduating high school seniors. It also focuses on community college transfer students. In addition, continuing college students who attend Concord schools, are from the Concord community or dependents of active or retired Concord Police Association members can benefit.

The competitive, merit-based scholarships will help tomorrow’s leaders defray the costs for a higher education.

The Concord Police Association encourages all graduating seniors, full-time community college transfer students, and full-time continuing college students from high schools in the Concord community bound for a four-year college or university to apply. Dependents of active or retired Concord Police Association members may also apply.

The deadline for application submission is Friday, May 27, 2022. $5000 in scholarships will be awarded; 1-$1000, 4-$500 and 8-$250.
