Last week, Concord patrol officers conducted a traffic stop that led to a significant discovery. Officers smelled marijuana and observed it in plain view. Further investigation revealed: 2 loaded firearms, nearly $10,000 in cash, prescription drugs, marijuana, and cocaine packaged for sale.
