Photo courtesy Concord PD Instagram CONCORD, CA (May 11, 2022) — On Wednesday, CPD Dispatch got some calls from concerned community members about vehicles driving recklessly in the industrial area of Concord. Officers went to the area to check it out and located the person responsible on Mason Circle, driving a Lexus (in the photo above). They arrested the driver and the car went to the impound for 30 days.
In a statement, CPD said they have “zero tolerance for anyone participating in this kind of reckless behavior. The senseless act puts the public in danger, as well as those participating.” They added, “It is never worth it. Save yourself the hassle, the time and the gas.”
