Concord and Clayton celebrate 4th of July 2020 with virtual parades
Wave your flags, pound the drums and join the parade!
You won’t be on Main St. or on Todos Santos Plaza this year, but you can still get that Fourth of July feeling…virtually.
This year, both Concord and Clayton will hold their Independence Day celebrations online.
Clayton will celebrate with a virtual Independence Day parade in lieu of the city’s annual parade. They have a created a video looking back at previous years parade. The video was created by the City of Clayton and the Clayton Business and Community Association:
Concord celebrates the day with a virtual neighbor parade and local music beginning at 5 p.m. Watch on Concord TV, stream it online through City of Concord Facebook page, or visit the City of Concord website to stream from page.
“Keep your eye on the grand old flag.”
Happy July 4 from all of us at The Pioneer
