Clayton seniors win athletic honors

Two graduating high school seniors from Clayton received special athletic recognition before getting their diplomas. Midfielder Sophia Panella of Carondelet was selected to the US Lacrosse Girls High School All-America team while Jonathan Hackett capped a busy year playing football, wrestling and rugby at De La Salle by being named the school’s athlete of the year.
