September 4 – Eagle Peak Ave.  No Injuries.

September 11 – Indian Wells Wy./Buckeye Ter.  No Injuries.

Arrests

August 31 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 26-year-old Antioch male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

September 2 – Marsh Creek Rd./Regency Dr.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 22-year-old Martinez male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

September 4 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 52- year-old Richmond male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

September 5 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance for Sale; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Probation Violation.  A 42-year-old transient was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  Possess Controlled Substance; False ID to Peace Officer.  His 37-year-old transient passenger was also arrested.  They were transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

September 6 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Possess Switchblade in Vehicle; Possess Controlled Substance.  A 27-year-old San Jose male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

September 16 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Warrant.  A 29-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

September 19 – Regency Dr.  Elder Abuse; False Imprisonment.  A 24-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

September 19 – Haviland Pl. Trespass: Refuse to Leave Property; Obstruct/Resist/Etc. Public/Peace Officer; Carry concealed Dirk or Dagger; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 25-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

September 26 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Trespass: Injure Property; Possess Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 25-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
