ARRESTS:
- Sept. 4, Main St. A 32-year-old Concord resident was arrested for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and a warrant after being contacted by officers. He was released on his signed promise to appear
- Sept. 9, Weatherly Dr./El Molino Dr. Officers arrested a 39-year-old transient female for petty theft after responding to a call for service. The woman was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
- Sept. 10, Feather Cir. A 39-year-old transient female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. She was charged with possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia and transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
- Sept. 19, Shell Ln. A 21-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. She was charged with battery on a spouse or cohabitant. Officers transported her to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
- Sept. 21, 5400 Clayton Rd. Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct involving alcohol arrested a 25-year-old transient. They transported the man to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.
