CLAYTON, CA (Mar. 29, 2025) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of March, 2025. Officers recorded 16 arrests between Feb. 27 and Mar. 27. There were also 9 burglaries reported.

Accidents

February 28 – Clayton Rd./Washington Blvd.  Minor Injury.

March 10 – Marsh Creek Rd./Main St.  Minor Injuries.

March 19 – Silverado Ct.  No Injuries.

March 23 – Clayton Rd./Black Diamond Trl.  No Injuries.

Arrests

February 27 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia; Probation Violation.  A 39-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

February 28 – Clayton Rd./Washington Blvd.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 38-year-old Clayton female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 1 – Park Highlands Blvd./Kenwal Rd.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 36-year-old Oakley male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

March 6 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Trespass: Injure Property.  A 45-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was released on his signed promise to appear.

March 6 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 74-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 14 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 31-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 15 – Clayton Rd./Washington Blvd. DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%; Cruelty to Child with Possible Injury or Death; Contribute to the Delinquency of a Minor.  A 19-year-old Pleasant Hill   male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 15 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Possess Controlled Substance; Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 36-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was released on his signed promise to appear.

March 16 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Possession of Unlawful Paraphernalia; Probation Violation; Possess Controlled Substance.  A 33-year-old transient female along with a 47-year-old Concord male were arrested after being contacted by officers.  They were released on their signed promise to appear.

March 16 – O’Hara Ct.  Possess Controlled Substance; Probation Violation.  A 39-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

March 19 – Silverado Ct.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 27-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his promise to appear.

March 21 – Clayton Rd./Tara Dr. DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 39-year-old Danville male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

March 21 – Diablo View Ln. DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  An 18-year-old Clayton male was arrested after violating Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

March 22 – Peacock Creek Dr.  Vandalism.  A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

March 27 – Atchinson Stage Rd./Pine Hollow Rd. DUI: Alcohol.  A 19-year-old Concord female was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

March 27 – 5400 Clayton Rd. Trespass: Injure Property.  A 36-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
