CLAYTON, CA (Jan 31, 2023) — This report details police activity for the Clayton Police Department during the month of January, 2022.

Accidents

January 13 – 6400 Clayton Rd.  Minor Injuries.

Arrests

January 7 – being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.

January 16 – Rachel Ranch Ct.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 36-year-old Concord female was arrested after being contacted by officers.  She was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 18 – Kirker Pass Rd.  False Impersonation; Probation Violation; Warrant.  A 40-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

January 23 – Haviland Pl./O’Hara Ct.  Warrant.  A 44-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

January 3 – Condor Cir.  Grand Theft – Vehicle.

January 7 – Indianhead Wy.  Burglary – Residential.

January 8 – Jalalon Pl.  Grand Theft – Vehicle.

January 9 – Center St.  Grand Theft – Vehicle.

January 19 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Petty Theft.
