Clayton Police report for Feb. 14 through 20

ARRESTS

Feb. 15, Kirker Pass Rd./Concord Blvd. A 37-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  The charges were driving while license suspended: DUI; possession of a controlled substance; and an outstanding warrant.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

Feb. 16, 5400 Clayton Rd.  A 48-year-old Concord male was arrested on a warrant after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

Feb. 19, 5400 Clayton Rd.  A 36-year-old Martinez male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was charged with manufacture/sale/possess/leaded cane/billy/Etc.; unlawful possession/use tear gas; driving while license suspended for DUI; and a probation yiolation. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.  (02/19/2020 – 0157 hrs.)
