CLAYTON, CA—The dates shown indicate when the incident was reported to the Clayton Police Department.

ACCIDENTS:

Aug. 22, Marsh Creek Rd./Diablo Pkwy.  No Injuries.

ARRESTS:

  • Aug. 14, 6400 Clayton Rd. A 26-year-old Clayton male was arrested on a warrant after officers responded to a call for service. He was released on his signed promise to appear.
  • Aug. 21, 5400 Clayton Rd.  A 35-year-old transient male was arrested for a probation violation after officers responded to a call for service. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
  • Aug. 22, Marsh Creek Rd./Diablo Pkwy. A 59-year-old Clayton male was arrested (DUI: Alcohol) after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
  • Aug. 25, 5400 Clayton Rd. A 32-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers. He was charged with DUI: Alcohol, driving while license suspended for DUI and a probation violation. He was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.
  • Aug. 26, Clayton Rd./Peacock Creek Dr. A 29-year-old Pittsburg resident was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations. The charges included: Felon/Addict/Possess Etc/Firearm; Posses Controlled Substance Paraphernalia; Drive While License Suspended; Probation Violation. He was released on his signed promise to appear.
