ARRESTS
Sept. 1, Southbrook Dr. Officers responded to a call for service and arrested a 25-year-old Clayton male for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.
Sept. 1, Main St. A 67-year-old Concord male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service. He was charged with disorderly conduct, soliciting a lewd act and obstructing/resisting a police officer. Officers transported him to Concord Police Department for booking.
Sept. 3, Clayton Rd./Marsh Creek Rd. A 21-year-old Pittsburg female was arrested for DUI: Alcohol, over .08, after officers responded to a call for service. She was transported to the hospital where she was cited and released.
Sept. 5, 5400 Clayton Rd. Officers responding to a call for service arrested a 31-year-old transient male on charges of petty theft. He was released on his signed promise to appear.
