Accidents

January 9 – Clayton Rd./Washington Blvd.  Minor Injuries.

January 21 – 1500 Kirker Pass Rd.  Minor Injuries.

January 21 – 6100 Clayton Rd.  No Injuries.

Arrests

January 3 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Trespass: Injure Property.  A 72-year-old transient male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

January 5 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possess Controlled Substance; Carry/Conceal Dirk or Dagger; Obstruct/Resist/Etc. Public Officer; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia; Warrant.  A 40-year-old transient male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 8 – Clayton Rd./Peacock Creek Dr.  DUI: Alcohol.  A 37-year-old Pittsburg male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 18 – 5500 Clayton Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol /.08%.  A 21-year-old Walnut Creek male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 18 – Oak St./Center St.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol /.08%; Drive While License Suspended/Revoked for DUI; Probation Violation.  A 26-year-old Clayton male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 19 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Warrant.  A 33-year-old Vallejo female was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  She was transported to Martinez Detention facility for booking.

January 19 – Peacock Creek.  Threaten Crime With Intent to Terrorize; Violate Civil Rights: Cause Violent/ Injury; Disorderly Conduct.  A 30-year-old Clayton male was arrested after officers responded to a call for service.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 21 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possess Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.  A 47-year-old Concord male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.

January 25 – Clayton Rd./Marsh Creek Rd.  DUI: Alcohol; DUI: Alcohol/.08%.  A 28-year-old Oakley male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Concord Police Department for booking.

January 26 – Oakhurst Dr./Eagle Peak Ave.  DUI: Combined Alcohol & Drug.  A 45-year-old Concord male was arrested after being stopped for Vehicle Code violations.  He was transported to Martinez Detention Facility for booking.

January 28 – 5400 Clayton Rd.  Possess Narcotic Controlled Substance; Possess Unlawful Paraphernalia.  A 45-year-old Lockeford male was arrested after being contacted by officers.  He was released on his signed promise to appear.
