Aug. 20 deadline to take Concord's online survey on Rent Stabilization, Eviction ordinances -

CONCORD, CA (Aug. 8, 2023) — Are you a property owner or tenant in Concord? The City of Concord has committed to the adoption of Rent Stabilization and Just Cause for Eviction ordinances by Dec. 31, 2023. They are seeking public input through an online survey (available in English and Spanish).

To assist city officials in drafting Rent Stabilization and Just Cause for Eviction policies, they request that tenants and property owners complete these surveys by Sunday, Aug. 20.

The project includes a short presentation for reference. The feedback received from the surveys will be presented to the City Council for their consideration of the Rent Stabilization and Just Cause for Eviction ordinances at a public City Council meeting tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Sept 5.
