For some, it was Dog-toberfest in Clayton

CLAYTON, CA (Oct. 6, 2022) — Last weekend’s Oktoberfest celebration brought out the beer and lederhosen. The event returned in full swing after a two-year hiatus due to COVID.

Beyond the steins full of beer, patrons enjoyed carnival rides, crafts and polka music. But at one of the vendor booths, some 4-legged visitors decided it was Dog-toberfest.

Rodie’s Feed & Pet Supply opened its doors in 1981 as a family-operated, country feed store featuring feed and supplies for all domestic pets and farm animals. It has served Clayton and surrounding communities for over 40 years.

Bob and Sarah Rodenbergs’ booth attracted the attention of dog-lovers at the fair with its cooling pool and an assortment of treats.

A tail-waggingly good time was had by all.
