Diablo Valley Oncology marks 9th year as a top workplace

The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey of workplace culture, communication, trust in leadership, team dynamics, career development and job satisfaction.

This year, 2,615 companies were invited to participate, and only 85 received the award. Diablo Valley Oncology was ranked eighth in the mid-size company category, our highest ranking to date. Our employees have voted us a Top Workplace for nine years in a row, since first becoming eligible in 2010.

Diablo Valley Oncology and Hematology Medical Group, founded in 2001, created the first multi-specialty medical group in the area by merging with Pacific Urology in 2012. Four years later, West Coast Surgical Associates joined our practice.

The multi-specialty group currently includes medical oncology, radiation oncology, hematology, urology, general and oncologic surgery. Specialty integration allows us to deliver an unprecedented level of medical care through comprehensive and coordinated programs.
